All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed. Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, or change of mind.
If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, you must:
• Inspect the shipment upon delivery
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Contact Rodeo Wellness within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement. Due to freight shipping, physical product returns are not accepted.
