Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed.
Due to the nature of our products and freight-based delivery, Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect selection or measurements, delayed delivery, or personal preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production, processing, or freight scheduling has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
To qualify for a claim:
- Inspect the product immediately upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing
- Notify Rodeo Wellness within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Failure to meet these requirements constitutes acceptance of the product in good condition and voids eligibility for any remedy.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Approved Claims & Resolution
If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain constraints, or other logistical factors do not qualify for refunds.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Rodeo Wellness directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks may be reviewed and contested using order confirmation, delivery records, and customer communication history, in accordance with this policy.
