Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you will not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Rodeo Wellness maintains consistent quality and manufacturing standards; however, natural materials, manufacturing processes, and display settings may result in minor variations in color, grain, or specifications.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

 

Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped via freight or standard carrier depending on size and destination. Most sauna units are delivered via freight (curbside delivery).

Shipping is included in the product price for standard delivery areas, with no additional shipping fees charged at checkout for standard delivery.

Shipping timelines vary by product:

  • Standard models typically ship within 5–7 business days when in stock
  • Custom or made-to-order products typically deliver within 6–8 weeks

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The carrier will contact the customer to schedule delivery. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles
  • Preparing the delivery location prior to arrival
  • Arranging placement or installation after delivery

Missed delivery appointments, refused shipments, or inaccessible delivery locations may result in carrier-imposed fees, including redelivery or storage charges.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

Failure to note damage at delivery constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition.

 

Returns, Claims & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Claims are permitted only for verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects and must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, with supporting photo or video evidence.

Approved claims will be resolved at Rodeo Wellness’ discretion and may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodeo Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of its products.

 

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Rodeo Wellness to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By placing an order, you agree to seek resolution through Rodeo Wellness before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may be reviewed and contested using order confirmation, delivery records, and customer communication history.

Chargebacks are not a substitute for the claims process related to shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

 

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

 

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
