Can I rent more than one room?

No, I own - and rent - one unit in the Shore Club.

How do I get the keys to the room?

They can be mailed to you if you book at least a week in advance, otherwise we meet tenants at the Shore Club to hand over the keys.

What about parking?

There is one space allocated per unit plus two handicapped spaces. Registered guests may park one vehicle anywhere either in front of the building or on the gravel side lot. PLEASE PUT THE PARKING SLIP IDENTIFYING THE UNIT ON YOUR DASHBOARD. Failing to do this may result in towing of your vehicle.

It is strongly recommended that you travel in one car during your Shore Club stay as any vehicle in excess of the one-per-unit rule will be towed. If you must bring an additional vehicle and all spaces are taken you will have to pay for parking in one of the beach parking lots.

Can I rent the unit for one or two nights?

No, the condo bylaws require a three night minimum,

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, only owners can have pets.

What methods of payment are accepted?

A deposit via PayPal is required. An invoice for the remainder of the rental fee is emailed no later than the week prior to occupancy. In certain cases we also accept bank checks and money orders for the balance at the time of occupancy.
 

How much is the Security deposit/cleaning fee?

The security deposit/cleaning fee is $50.00 for stays of 3 - 6 days and $60.00 for weekly stays.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is generally 3 PM or 4 PM and check-out time is noon. We can sometimes be flexible about both check-in and check-out times. Please ask.
